About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the vision, roadmap, and continuous improvement of our enterprise SaaS products, including HRMS and other business-critical systems.

The Product Owner will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, System Analysts, UI/UX, QA, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable product features and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Understand customer needs, business processes, and market requirements.
• Conduct technical and operational impact assessments for proposed changes.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with System Analysts and Engineering teams to clarify requirements and system behavior.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, release planning, and product reviews.
• Balance customer requirements, business value, technical feasibility, and product scalability.
• Review delivered features and ensure they meet defined requirements.
• Gather customer feedback and continuously identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineering teams to ensure committed features are delivered on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or System Analysis.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, HRMS, ERP, or similar business applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Software Development Life Cycle.
• Strong requirement analysis, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of UI/UX and wireframing tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence/Wiki, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, and enterprise system workflows is preferred.

Preferred

• Experience with HRMS/ERP products and multi-organization SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of .NET, Web APIs, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, Angular/React, or similar technologies.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
